EatPay provides a platform for ordering food from workplace cafeterias. You agree to:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
All orders are subject to acceptance by the cafeteria. Prices are as displayed at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
No Refund Policy — All Sales Are Final
EatPay operates a strict zero-refund policy. All payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
When you place an order on EatPay, your mobile money provider (Airtel Money, MTN Mobile Money, or Zamtel Kwacha) will send you a PIN confirmation prompt. By entering and confirming your PIN, you are providing explicit authorisation of the payment. This action constitutes a binding confirmation that you have reviewed and accepted your order and its associated cost.
Once the PIN is confirmed:
By using EatPay you acknowledge and agree that you take full responsibility for every PIN confirmation you make on your device, and that no refund will be given after that confirmation is submitted.
All content on EatPay, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of EatPay or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.
EatPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
