Eligible employees order through the Employee Portal. Company-sponsored orders are recorded against the employer and cafeteria, giving you a clear view of meal activity.
Review accumulated orders for the billing period. Your company pays the cafeteria outside EatPay; the system keeps payment submissions, verification and audit records. EatPay commission is recorded separately as the cafeteria's obligation.
Organise employee access by your company arrangements and give registered visitors temporary meal access. End visitor access when the visit finishes.
The applicable rate is based on your active employees who are approved to order. Visitors are excluded from this employee count.
